"Pretty Good Onboarding, Just a Few Small Hiccups"
Getting set up with Orbita was smooth overall. Their team was helpful, answered our questions quickly, and made the whole onboarding process feel manageable. A couple of things took a bit longer than we expected, but it wasn’t anything Too major. Overall, we felt supported and the setup was clear enough to get us going

"Pretty easy to use, but I stayed a little skeptical"
It was easy enough to use, and I found what I needed quickly. I’ll admit I was kind of watching for anything weird or overly complicated, but overall it worked fine.

"It’s been working fine for me and I..."
It’s been working fine for me and I can’t remember it being down when I’ve checked. Nice to have something that just does its job without any hassle

"AI chat was kind of frustrating"
I tried using the AI chat, but it kept misunderstanding what I was asking. Annoying. I had to rephrase things over and over, and even then the answers weren’t really what I needed. Not a great experience

"They helped me out when it mattered"
I don’t remember every little detail of what went wrong, but I do remember getting quick replies and not feeling ignored. The issue was sorted out fast, which is really what stuck with me...

"We gave Orbita a try mostly because..."
We gave Orbita a try mostly because we needed something that would play nicely with the tools we already use. Some parts seemed promising at first, but the integrations ended up being hit or miss.
The docs were a little too light in spots, and a few connections took way more back and forth with support than I expected. Things that felt like they should’ve been quick turned into patches, workarounds, and a lot of waiting.
I can see it maybe working better for a bigger team with developers who can spend time on setup, but for us it was more frustrating than helpful. We eventually started looking for something easier to plug in and get running.
